Public Service Announcement: Local Reserve Regiment to Perform Training in Corbeil, Ontario

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 3, 2014) - Members of The Algonquin Regiment will conduct military training in the Town of Corbeil on 5-6 September 2014.

The Ontario Provincial Police training facility on the corner of Corbeil Rd and Taillefer Rd, will host members of the military from September 5-6 who will use the building and its surrounding area as a means to train for urban operations.

Soldiers will be carrying weapons in military uniforms in the area Friday evening and all day Saturday. There will be no live ammunition used during this Exercise and there is no danger to members of the community. Every attempt to minimize disturbances to the public will be made.
