Puda Coal, Inc. Achieves Internationally Recognized ISO 9000 Certification

TAIYUAN CITY, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 7, 2006 -- Puda Coal, Inc. ("Puda" or the "Company") (OTCBB: PUDC), a leading supplier of China's highest grade metallurgical coking coal -- which is used to make coke for steel manufacturing, announced today that it has achieved certification of ISO 9001:2000 standards as granted by China Certification Center, Inc., an accredited ISO 9000 certification body. The certification applies to production and after-sales service of cleaned coal (coking coal) products.

ISO 9000 is a globally recognized set of ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) standards for quality management systems; it certifies that consistent business processes are being applied.

This certification further sets Puda Coal apart from its domestic competitors; according to Who'sRegistered.com (www.whosregistered.com), of the nearly 8,900 ISO 9000 certificates awarded to Chinese companies, only 35 had previously been awarded to companies with coal as a product or service.

Puda's ISO 9000 certificate not only gives the Company an immediate domestic competitive advantage, but it also bolsters Puda's position against any potential foreign entrants. According to the ISO publication "ISO in Brief: International Standards for a Sustainable World,"

ISO standards level the playing field. They make transparent the
requirements that products must meet on world markets, as well as the
conformity assessment mechanisms for checking that those products
measure up to standards. As a result, suppliers from developed and
developing countries alike can compete on an equal basis on markets
     everywhere.
