The Puig Group entrusts the running of its office assets and processes to Service Point

- Service Point's office management services will increase the flexibility and reliability of the Puig Group's document printing and scanning.

- This on-site service contract implies initial revenues for SPS of around EUR 150,000 per annum.

Barcelona, September 14, 2007 - Service Point Facilities Management Ibérica, the Spanish subsidiary of Service Point Solutions (SPS.MC) has signed a services agreement with the Puig Group for the application of SPS' office management technology. Seventy-four inkjet and local laser printers will be substituted by 27 b/w multifunctional printers and 24 colour machines, leading to significant printing cost savings. The deal will generate revenues of EUR 150,000 in the first twelve months, being a 5 year contract. The outsourcing of the management of this service to SPS will bring new value added services to the Puig Group's operations in Spain.

Grupo Puig is a Spanish multinational Group with presence in over 150 countries, with 23 own offices and 4.000 employees. With revenues of 850 million Euros in 2006, its activity is developed in 3 business areas: fragrances, cosmetics and fashion, in which they do the distribution, representation or elaboration. They have prestigious clients like Prada, Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Zara, Adolfo Domínguez or Paco Rabanne, among many others.

Service Point Facilities Management Ibérica will thereby extend the internal reprographics services that it has been providing the company for the last six years, taking over management and maintenance of the equipment located in its buildings located on Mallorca street, Sagués street and on the Travesera de Gracia. This global services agreement extends to customer service, equipment maintenance, repair management, report generation and coordination with the back-up centres.

Overall, this system will generate significant benefits for the Puig Group, boosting productivity and enabling the company to focus even more on its core business, while optimising processes through the application of the most up to date multifunctional printing technology. This will in turn increase document management reliability, enhance quality control and improve information management.
