Pulaski Bank Expands Commercial Lending Team

ST. LOUIS, MO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 27, 2006 -- Pulaski Bank today announced it has further strengthened and expanded its commercial lending team. Daniel J. Scott, Jr. has been promoted to assistant vice president and two experienced commercial lending officers have joined the group -- Mark A. Greenley as senior vice president and Thomas R. Schoen as vice president.

"Dan's promotion recognizes the significant role he has played in the continued, successful growth of commercial lending team under the direction of group President Brian Bjorkman," said William A. Donius, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pulaski Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: PULB).

"The addition of Mark and Tom further expands and strengthens our commercial lending team, whose portfolio continues to be the fastest growing segment of our business," said Donius. The retained loan portfolio increased $116.5 million through the first three quarters of the company's fiscal year, an annualized rate of 25%.

Scott, 32, formerly served as a commercial lending credit analyst. Before joining Pulaski in April 2005, he served as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis for six years. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Missouri.

Greenley, 40, brings with him over 17 years of lending experience. Previously, Greenley was vice president at Region's Bank for seven years. He currently serves on the St. Louis County Economic Council loan committee. Greenley earned a degree in Finance from St. Louis University and a master's degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Schoen most recently served as vice president of commercial lending for St. Johns Bank & Trust in St. Peters, MO. for the past 13 years and is a 25-year veteran in the banking field in the St. Charles County region. He is a native to the region and has been active in various community affairs previously serving as Director of the St. Charles County Library, member of the St. Peters Planning and Zoning Board and a fundraiser for Boy Scouts of America and United Way.
