ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwire - September 19, 2007) - Pulaski Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: PULB) announced its Board of Directors has declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of nine cents per share, payable on October 15, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 4, 2007.

At this rate, the indicated annual dividend is 36 cents per share, in line with Pulaski's bank peer group, noted management. Based on the September 18, 2007 closing price of Pulaski common stock of $13.59 per share, the yield at the annualized dividend rate is 2.65 percent.
