PULLMAN Announces Mid-States Division and Its Manager


HANOVER, MD--(Marketwired - Nov 13, 2014) - PULLMAN, a Structural Group company, announced today that it has opened a Mid-States Division which will expand the Power and Industrial market services currently offered through PULLMAN's Pittsburgh, PA and Kansas City, MO offices into the Commercial and Public market place. The Mid-States Division will focus on the growth of the Commercial and Public markets to better serve existing and future clients in Northeast, central and western Pennsylvania, the Ohio Valley, the Midwest and the Great Plains regions. PULLMAN's Mid-States Division will offer a full range of specialty contracting services with a focus on masonry and stone restoration and concrete repair services, as well as specialty services such as historic preservation, structural strengthening, waterproofing and corrosion control.

PULLMAN also named Bob Gensel as Division Manager for the Mid-States Division. He will be based in PULLMAN's Pittsburgh, PA office and will be working closely with PULLMAN's offices in Detroit, Philadelphia, San Francisco and New York City to provide restoration services across the United States. Gensel was previously Vice President and General Manager of Caretti Restoration and Preservation Services, and prior to that held the position of Vice President of Masonry Preservation Services; both well-known and established masonry, stone and concrete restoration firms.

He has a solid understanding of all facets of the repair business, and is a subject matter expert in both historic restoration and vertical building envelope systems and repair methodologies," said Robert Charles. Gensel is active in numerous local, regional and national industry organizations, including various committee assignments. He has previously held leadership positions in The Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute, a national organization of contractors, designers and manufacturers.
