Pulse Secures State-Wide Distribution Into Michigan Through Four Major Distributors

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - May 1, 2012) - The Pulse Beverage Corporation (OTCBB: PLSB) ("Pulse"), makers of Cabana™ 100% Natural Lemonade and Pulse® NutriPurpose™ brand beverages, today announced that it has secured state-wide distribution into Michigan through four Class "A" distributors: D&B Grocers Wholesale Distributors, Griffin Beverage, Four Seasons Beer Distributing and one other distributor with 1,000-plus accounts in the mid-Michigan area to complete distribution for the entire state of Michigan.

D&B Grocers Wholesale Distributors, based in Livonia, Michigan, is a wholesaler to 400-plus independent stores and grocery chain accounts throughout the Detroit area. D&B is a quality distributor who has served the Detroit market since 1994 with multi-beverage product lines. D&B has outstanding relationships with retailers throughout its five county area in Southeastern Michigan. D&B is uniquely positioned to serve: C-Store, grocery and drug stores and mass market chain stores and distributes major beverages including: AriZona Iced Tea, Skinny Water, Sweet Leaf Tea, Nestle Water, Everfresh and Orange Crush. Griffin Beverage has been in the beverage distribution business in Michigan for 45 years and with five warehouse/distribution centers having 300,000 sq ft of space and a fleet of 37 delivery vehicles they serve 47% of the State of Michigan. Griffin Beverage has become a complete beverage company distributing well known beverage brands such as: Jones Soda, Everfresh, Red Bull, AriZona Iced Tea, Orange Crush, Jolt and Stewarts as well as major beer brands such as: Anheuser-Busch, Pabst, Heineken and Labatt.
