Puppet Appoints Mark Iserloth as Chief Financial Officer

Mark Iserloth Brings 16 Years of CFO Experience to Help Drive Rapid Growth and International Expansion


PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - Nov 21, 2016) - Puppet, the standard for automating the delivery and operation of the software that powers everything around us, today announced that it has appointed Mark Iserloth as chief financial officer (CFO). In this role, Mark will oversee finance and business operations, and will be part of the executive management team that will lead Puppet as it continues its rapid growth and international expansion.

With 16 years of experience as a CFO, Mark has led finance and human resources teams through the acquisitions of several companies, led an IPO process, and overseen all regulatory filings for a publicly traded company. Prior to joining Puppet, Mark was CFO at STATS, LLC., where he was responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and additional administrative functions. Prior to joining STATS he held CFO positions at Mattersight, Trustwave and Initiate Systems. Mark has extensive experience at a range of organizations, including hyper-growth private companies and large global, publicly traded companies.
