Puppet Labs Hires VelocX Co-Founder as Vice President of Customer Success

Holly Files to Provide Leadership and Operational Expertise as Company Scales to Meet Accelerating Market Demand for IT Automation

Files brings 25 years of experience building and growing customer-facing organizations within the enterprise software space. Files will lead the Customer Success team at a time of rapid growth for the company and industry.

Prior to joining Puppet Labs, Files served as Managing Principal of VelocX, a business consulting firm she co-founded. There Holly led her team in aligning strategy, leadership, organization and operations to increase growth velocity for VelocX customers. Prior to VelocX, Files held chief operating officer and senior executive positions for Chockstone, KC Distance Learning, NetIQ and WebTrends.
