Pure Files Quarterly Disclosures

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - May 16, 2016) -  Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: PNOW), parent Company of the Central American-Caribbean online travel Agency (OTA) Oveedia (www.Oveedia.com), announced today, that on the heels of a rewarding week at Expotur 2016, the Company has filed its disclosures for the first quarter of 2016, timely, maintaining its 'Current' status with the OTC Markets.
