Purezza Group, Inc. Announces Name Change and New Ticker Symbol

TAIYUAN CITY, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 23, 2005 -- Purezza Group, Inc. (OTC BB: PRZA) announced today that pursuant to a Certificate of Amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation, as filed with the Florida Secretary of State on August 2, 2005, the name of the Company has been changed to Puda Coal, Inc. (hereafter "Puda") and the authorized number of shares of common stock has been increased from 100,000,000 shares to 150,000,000 shares.

The Company also announced that effective August 22, 2005, its ticker symbol on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board has been changed to "PDAC" (OTC BB: PDAC).

"The change of our corporate name and ticker symbol marks a new beginning for our Company," said Puda Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Zhao Ming.

The stockholders have also approved a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the outstanding common stock of the Company. The effective date of the reverse stock split is expected to be in early September 2005.
