ISES Vancouver also encourages the development of skills and industry knowledge with students that are currently enrolled in or graduated from a British Columbia event or event related program. They recently introduced a program called Student Temporary Experience Portal (S.T.E.P.) that acts as a structured database providing your consented information to event professionals for career experience. This is a current and cost effective way for students to get exposure in the industry, market their skills to future employers, and to showcase the next generation of ISES Vancouver leaders.
