TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 29, 2016) - Join the Ontario SPCA at Pride Toronto on Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3 to show your support and have some fun in the sun.
Be sure to visit the Ontario SPCA booth at Yonge Street and Wellesley Street East, right outside the Wellesley TTC station, where you and your canine friends can cool down with our popular misting tent and water stations. You can also learn about Ontario SPCA programs and services, like our No Hot Pets campaign and our Friends For Life! Walk.
Show your support for Pride by picking up a free #PawsUp4Pride sticker at the Ontario SPCA booth. Once you've found the purr-fect location for your sticker, tag photos of yourself enjoying Pride with the #PawsUp4Pride hashtag.
If the weather is hot, we suggest leaving your furry friends at home where it's cool and comfortable. Visit NoHotPets.ca to take the pledge and for more information on heat safety for pets.
"Pride Toronto is a fantastic event and the Ontario SPCA is excited to be part of the celebration again this year," says Marc Ralsky, Director of Community & Donor Development. "Be sure stop by our booth to cool off and learn more about how you can help make a difference in the lives of animals in your community."
