Q Inc and Fine Point Technologies, Inc. Announce Strategic Marketing Agreement

Dynamic Partnership Will Focus on Providing Telecommunications Carriers With an Industry-Leading Quality of Experience Platform

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 26, 2005 -- Q Inc, an emerging leader in the telecommunications quality testing industry, and Fine Point Technologies, Inc., a leader in High-Speed Data customer care software, today announced that they have signed an agreement to co-develop and co-market technologies that improve the quality of digital services offered by service providers.

Fine Point offers providers of Internet services pre-qualification, self-installation and service delivery technologies to acquire, manage and retain subscribers at the lowest possible cost.
