QSR International Selects Punchh Mobile CRM Suite

QSR International to Drive Customer Loyalty and Mobile Marketing for KFC, Quiznos, Smashburger, Cinnabon and Teriyaki Experience Brands in Latin America, Caribbean

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 30, 2014) - Punchh will implement its groundbreaking mobile CRM suite throughout QSR International's enterprise. The 145-unit, multi-brand master franchisor operates restaurants in 15 countries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

This first-ever international partnership for Punchh will see its mobile CRM suite across all of QSRs brands, which include Cinnabon, KFC, Quiznos, Smashburger, and Teriyaki Experience. The Punchh-developed mobile app will be offered in Spanish, starting with 60 units, in Q2 2014.
