Quantum Announces That It No Longer Intends to File Alternative Monthly Reports Under National Instrument 62-103 for Tintina Resources Inc.


NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwired - April 25, 2013) - Tintina Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TAU)(OTCQX:TINTF) -

Quantum Partners LP ("Quantum") announced that it is ceasing to file alternative monthly reports under Part 4 of National Instrument 62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues ("NI 62-103") for Tintina Resources Inc. (the "Company"). At the annual general meeting of the Company held on April 24, 2013, a nominee of Quantum was elected to serve as a director of the Company. In connection with the election of its nominee and having regard to its shareholding position, Quantum has elected to voluntarily cease filing alternative monthly reports under NI 62-103.

As at the date of this press release, Quantum holds 47,244,095 common shares ("Shares") of the Company. The Shares represent approximately 33.2% of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Company.
