Quantum Energy Announces Five Member Advisory Board

Neil Amondson, Advisory Board Chairman, Mr. Amondson is the Principal and founder of Hunter Light, an aggregate resources and project development firm. Amondson also serves as co-Founder and VP of NorthStar Transload (under construction) to be the Bakken's largest rail transload facility for crude oil and import sand, located in E. Fairview, ND. He has been involved in all aspects of the real estate development spectrum. Amondson, a former WA State Senator for SW Washington (1987-'94) has a "hands-on" understanding of the land use arena from both a regulatory and developer perspective. With experience in civil construction throughout the western United States, Amondson has served in a variety of capacities including Gen. Manager of one of the largest Urban Growth Area (UGA) expansions in WA State history. Key to Amondson's success is the ability to bring diverse stakeholder opinions and objectives into a consensus based direction. Dedicated to positive outcomes, Hunter Light pursues projects that bring value and creative opportunities to investors.

Keith Stemler, Member, Mr. Stemler brings with him over 35 years of industrial construction experience ranging from major civil, above and below ground infrastructure and modular plant construction. For the last 20 years numerous projects have been successfully taken from conception to completion under Keith's leadership; most of which have been for major Bitumen producers in the robust Oil Sands/Oil & Gas industry of Northern Alberta, British Colombia and the NWT. Keith's expert knowledge and experience in mining projects, Bitumen processing facilities and transportation infrastructure will be a major asset to the goals and objectives of the Board. Keith's addition to the Quantum Advisor Board will support the Board's efforts on all fronts from EPC contract and operational safety to engineering deliverables and constructability reviews. John Suprock, Member, Mr. Suprock, an early investor in Quantum, began his career in the retail industry, eventually becoming the general manager of over 250 retail stores. A Cal State Long Beach school of business Alumni, he completed his first business sale in 1989 and has been selling and consulting on sales of businesses, commercial property, franchises (both sides) since that time. Today, with 25 years' experience as an M&A Advisor and hundreds of closed transactions, John has an industry leading track record for completing business sales in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Texas and New Mexico. John currently owns or has an interest in eight different businesses including businesses in energy, automotive and manufacturing and healthcare industries. This experience has given him a strong understanding of operations, sales, distribution, human resources, financing, etc. His companies vary from one employee to several hundred spread out over five western states and Florida. 

Brian Wendler, Member, Mr. Wendler has over 29 years of professional experience in business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, analysis and structuring of traditional and non-traditional private placement investments, Brian Wendler is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA - BV/IA) Business Valuations and Intangible Assets, Certified Merger & Acquisitions, (CM&A), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Master Certified Business Counselor (designated by the Institute of Certified Business Counselors), Accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR - Less than 100 individuals hold this designation nationally) and is a Board Certified Broker (BCB). He also holds General Securities, Financial & Operations, and Municipal Securities Principal licenses, as well as a Texas real estate brokers license and he is on the Quality Review Board for Business Certified Appraisers (BCA). Brian has participated as an instructor at national and state business broker conferences, and has trained and provided valuation, mergers & acquisitions, transaction and deal structuring advisory services on an on-going basis to over 1,200 business intermediaries, SBA lenders, and professionals represented by all fifty states. Peter Nilsen, Member, as a senior corporate development executive with over 20 years of global strategic growth experience, Mr. Nilsen has built an effective record of identifying and executing key acquisition and business exit strategies in the medical and energy industries. Following his 8 years of military service as a Naval Aviator in the United States Marine Corps, he joined Eckert & Ziegler AG, European start-up medical device and energy component manufacturer specializing in radiological devices and instrumentation. In his management capacity as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Acquisitions, he successfully contributed to: - An industry consolidation of corporate divestitures and lower middle-market firms - Achieving number one global market share in medical diagnostic imaging & energy related component product markets - A successful Initial Public Offering (IPO)
