GASPE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - April 17, 2008) - The Wind Energy TechnoCentre today made public the names of the finalists for Quebec's first wind energy industry gala, presented by Hydro-Quebec, which will be held on May 7 in Matane as part of the Wind energy industry conference: Develop, Innovate, Export.
