Quest Resource Adds Sixth Largest Auto Dealership Group to Its Portfolio of Clients

81 New Client Locations Added in 10 States

FRISCO, TX--(Marketwired - Jun 10, 2015) - Quest Resource Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: QRHC) ("Quest"), announced today that Quest has added one of the nation's largest automotive dealership groups to its portfolio of clients.

Under the terms of the agreement that covers the group's 81 locations spread across 10 states, Quest will manage the recycling of used motor oil and other automotive waste streams including antifreeze, drummed waste, oil filters, and oily water. Quest will also manage the group's parts cleaner needs.

Quest's holistic service offering, from evaluation to implementation and measurement, has made it a key partner for Fortune 500 companies in their recycling efforts. In recent months, the list of Quest clients in the automotive industry has grown significantly. Quest currently manages sustainability solutions for two of the top-five commercial truck fleets and four of the top-10 automotive companies in the United States. In 2014 alone, Quest recycled 23 million gallons of used motor oil and 16 million used tires.

"With the addition of this new automotive group to our portfolio of clients, Quest now manages recycling efforts for four of the top 10 largest automotive dealership groups in the U.S., demonstrating our leadership efforts in this important industry," said Brian Dick, Quest CEO. "We are excited to assist this new client in diverting automotive waste from landfills as well as help them manage the disruption in the secondary marketplace for automotive by-products such as used motor oil. Our structure and efficiency enables us to capture market share while others are facing more significant pricing headwinds related to the downturn in the oil commodity pricing."

The partnership with Quest is timely, as the recycling automotive aftermarket has been impacted with the recent decline in crude oil prices. As a result, large automotive groups are turning to Quest to secure fair market value for the price of used motor oil.

"Increasing sustainability efforts while reducing costs are the key components of Quest," added Mr. Dick. "Finding solutions for our automotive service clients to continue recycling used motor oil shows our commitment to helping clients reduce waste and adhere to EPA regulations."
