Quia Announces Convertible Debenture Holders Consent to Interest Payment Deferral

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 31, 2014) - Quia Resources Inc. ("Quia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:QIA) announces that the holders of the Company's secured convertible debenture (see press release dated June 4th, 2014, for a full description of the terms of the debentures) have agreed to defer until June 30, 2015, the first interest installment in the aggregate amount of $25,843.09 worth of Common Shares of the Company originally issuable on December 31, 2014.
