QuickLogic to Present Display Bridging and Programmable Connectivity Solutions at Qualcomm's Uplinq 2013 Conference

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 28, 2013) - QuickLogic Corporation (NASDAQ: QUIK), the innovator of ultra-low-power programmable Customer Specific Standard Products (CSSPs), today announced it will present its display and connectivity solutions at the Qualcomm® Uplinq Conference in San Diego. Mehul Kochar, QuickLogic's senior business development manager for North America, will present "Display Bridging & Programmable Connectivity Solutions for Mobile Platforms" during Uplinq's special Hardware Day, which provides component suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate to device makers their latest technologies and features. QuickLogic will also have a demonstration table at Uplinq.

Mr. Kochar's presentation will address the display bridging capabilities of QuickLogic's ArcticLink® III BX and VX platforms with Visual Enhancement Engine and (VEE) and Display Power Optimizer (DPO) technologies. He will elaborate on QuickLogic's connectivity solutions for mobile devices. QuickLogic will also be demonstrating its bridging capability on a daughter card connected to Dragonboard development kit based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon™ processors. The demo will show how this solution provides engineers and architects with the ability to quickly and easily evaluate the display bridging solution, as well as the effects of VEE and DPO technologies on the visual experience and battery life of mobile devices.
