Quickoffice Brings New Social Publishing Capabilities, Printing and PDF Support to Its Mobile Office Productivity iPad App

Quickoffice Connect™ Mobile Suite for iPad Now Streamlines Document Sharing Across SlideShare, Scribd and Docstoc, and Supports iOS AirPort Functionality

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - Quickoffice, Inc., the global leader in mobile office productivity solutions, today announced the newest software update to Quickoffice Connect™ Mobile Suite for iPad. The new version, 2.1.0, seamlessly integrates access to popular social collaboration providers, including SlideShare, Scribd and Docstoc, making it easier for users to share Microsoft® Office files and digital content with colleagues, family and friends on the go. In addition, Quickoffice now supports Apple's iOS AirPrint functionality, enabling consumers to print directly from Word documents, Excel spreadsheets or PowerPoint presentations.

This latest release further enhances mobile productivity for the iPad, combining comprehensive Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint editing tools, along with anytime, anywhere cloud access to, Google Docs, Huddle, MobileMe, Dropbox and SugarSync, and introducing new 'sharing' service providers SlideShare, Scribd and Docstoc. SlideShare offers its users the ability to share presentations, documents and PDFs either publicly or privately. Social publishing site Scribd enables the sharing of documents and Docstoc is a community for people to find and share professional documents.
