The Tenor Hybrid is Microsoft Mediation Server ready providing a single box solution that integrates the Unified Communications Mediation Server with Tenor's VoIP gateway capabilities. For complete customer support, Quintum developed a customized Microsoft configuration wizard and a Total Care Package.
