Quizam Sells Gulf State Licence for $250,000 USD Plus 25% Royalty Fee Plus Option on Saudi Arabia for Additional $250,000

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 4, 2006) - Quizam Media Corporation ("Quizam" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:QQ) is pleased to announce that it has sold another "Territory License" for the "Quizam Rights to the Gulf States of Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates" to Muraillies Investments Ltd.

Under the terms of the contract Muraillies Investments is paying $250,000 USD for the license and 25% of all revenues derived there from. Additionally Muraillies has an option for the licence for Saudi Arabia for further $250,000.

Quizam will work to develop a new curriculum in Arabic. In addition due to the large numbers of English speaking families working and living in the Gulf, Quizam will enable children at International schools in the region to have the benefit of Quizam currently used in American and Canadian schools.

There will be a full launch of the software in Bahrain once the Arabic version is complete.

Russ Rossi, President, states, "The Arab Gulf States represent a huge market for Quizam. Traditionally these countries have embraced both technology and education."
