Quorum Information Technologies Inc. Announces Closing Final Tranche of Private Placement

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) ("Quorum") is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement and issued an additional 589,323 common shares ("Common Shares") of Quorum at a price of $0.35 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $206,263, which includes an aggregate of 482,323 Common Shares purchased by certain directors and officers and other insiders of Quorum. On December 11, 2015, Quorum closed the initial tranche of the non-brokered private placement and issued 8,283,586 common shares ("Common Shares") of Quorum at a price of $0.35 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,899,255, which included an aggregate of 197,000 Common Shares purchased by certain directors and officers and other insiders of Quorum.

The Common Shares issued pursuant to the second and final tranche of the private placement are subject to a four month statutory hold period expiring April 19^th, 2016.
