Quova to Exhibit at the Security, Risk Management and Compliance (SRC) Pavilion at Oracle OpenWorld

Quova Selected to Join the Oracle Identity Assurance Ecosystem

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - September 18, 2008) - Quova, Inc., the leading provider of Internet geolocation services and a member of the Oracle Partner Network, today announced that it has been selected to join Oracle's Identity Assurance and Anti-Fraud Ecosystem.

As an Identity Assurance Ecosystem member, Oracle has deemed that Quova has the strategic market value to make a revenue impact as an Oracle partner. Quova is the only geolocation provider within the ecosystem. Quova's technologies play a key role in the Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, a comprehensive solution designed to prevent online identity theft and fraud.

Quova's integration to Oracle Adaptive Access Manager allows immediate uploads of geolocation data to Oracle's database repository. Once loaded into the Oracle database, the geolocation data assists in the identification of suspicious transactions by instantly and accurately determining the real-world location of a Web site visitor. Geolocation-based risk assessment helps enterprise merchants using Oracle Adaptive Access Manager reduce their cost of fraud by improving detection rates and resulting in fewer false positives.

"Oracle is an important partner for Quova and being named as a part of the Identity Assurance and Anti-Fraud Ecosystem is significant as it further demonstrates the value of the Quova and Oracle relationship," said Bill Varga, executive vice president of business development at Quova. "We're proud to offer geolocation for the Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, which allows customers to identify and address online fraud threats."

"Quova's participation in the Oracle Adaptive Access Manager provides great value to our customers who focus on fraud detection and prevention," said Amit Jasuja, vice president of development, security and identity management at Oracle. "The Oracle Identity Assurance Ecosystem makes it easy for Oracle to distinguish partners who make an impact on solutions for our security and fraud focused customers."

Quova will exhibit at Oracle OpenWorld in the Security, Risk Management and Compliance Pavilion, booth number 3838 Moscone West.
