QuStream Corporation: Studio Hamburg Media Consult International Becomes Newest PESA Distributor

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 31, 2005) - QuStream Corporation ("QuStream") (TSX VENTURE:QVC) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary PESA, a leading provider of analog and digital video and audio equipment, today announced that Studio Hamburg Media Consult International (MCI) GmbH has been appointed PESA's distributor for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. From the company's Hamburg headquarters, MCI will leverage 10 years of experience in sales, integration, and servicing of routing switchers to support new and existing users of PESA equipment.
