Rabobank Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Western Region Again, According to Leading Research Firm

ROSEVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - March 05, 2015) - For the second consecutive year, Rabobank, N.A.'s customer satisfaction scores topped national and western region banking averages, according to The MSR Group, a leading market research company that recognized the California community bank with its 2014 APECS® Customer Advocacy Award for the Western Region.  

MSR presents the annual award to the retail bank client that earns the highest Net Advocacy Rating (NAR®) from its customers. That measurement -- considered one of the strongest indicators of customer retention for financial institutions -- is based on the firm's National Consumer Banking Survey, a yearly collection of customer satisfaction and advocacy feedback for more than 100 banks and credit unions.

Rabobank earned a 2014 Net Advocacy Rating 12 percent higher than the 2014 APECS® national average, putting it ahead of many of the country's largest banks.
