Radialpoint CEO Selected as One of Canada's Top 40 Under 40™

Hamnett Hill recognized for leadership, business success and community involvement

MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwire - May 6, 2008) - Radialpoint, a leading provider of managed Internet security and care services for the world's largest Internet service providers (ISPs), congratulates its President and CEO, Hamnett Hill, for being named one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40™ (http://www.top40award-canada.org/). The national program, managed by The Caldwell Partners, honours Canadians under age 40 who have achieved a significant level of success. Hill was recognized for his leadership in building companies and creating value, implementing a rapid turnaround and growth strategy for Radialpoint, creating over 500 jobs in Quebec, and giving back to the community.

"I'm honoured to be counted among the leaders under 40 who serve as role models for young Canadians," said Hamnett Hill. "Over the years, I've been fortunate to work with great people who delivered superior results. My success at Radialpoint was made possible by the incredible employees who worked hard to make this company what it is today. I'm excited to continue working with the Radialpoint team as we pursue new frontiers and build on our commitment to create value - for our customers, our partners, our stakeholders and the community at large."

Hamnett's career as an entrepreneur dates back to his founding of a profitable multimedia company while still in university that employed other students and helped them pay their tuition. His strategic approach to building businesses has been demonstrated time and again at companies he founded or co-founded, including Zero-Knowledge Systems, TotalNet, and Infobahn Online Services.

After the technology downturn, Hamnett led a rapid turn-around strategy that refocused Radialpoint toward security and software as a service (SaaS), innovating a completely private-label security SaaS for the growing ISP market. Since then, Radialpoint has helped industry-leading ISPs achieve higher levels of consumer-level market penetration for security services than other offerings in the market, with subscribers opting for three or more Radialpoint security services as part of a bundle. The company now serves an addressable subscriber base of over 22 million broadband users, up from 4.5 million three years ago and zero five years ago. Six per cent of all broadband users on the planet now have access to Radialpoint's services.

Hamnett has also been active in giving back to the community, through charitable work and job creation. His ventures have created between 500 and 700 high-paying, skilled jobs in Quebec and invested between $150 and $250 million of non-local capital in the Montreal and Quebec economies. He is a strong supporter of Radialpoint's extensive internship program that provides young people with learning and growth opportunities across multiple job functions. He also promotes company involvement in the Old Brewery Mission and the Bell Walk for Kids, and financially supports the Pere Sablon Foundation. In addition, he co-founded the Morgan's Hope Foundation, which funds education and research into young adult colon cancer.
