Radian Generation Provides Dominion With Solar Asset Management Expertise

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 22, 2014) - Radian Generation, LLC, (RadianGEN), a provider of solar asset management (solarAM) and consulting services to project owners and investors, announced today that it has provided technical and project diligence services to Dominion (NYSE: D) for its acquisition of 139 megawatts of six solar projects from Recurrent Energy.

The projects are located in Fresno, Kern and Kings counties in California. Construction has started, and all projects are expected to reach commercial operation by late this year or early 2015. Long-term power purchase and other agreements have been executed for each of the projects.

RadianGEN offers the comprehensive management skills necessary for a solar project to perform contractually, technically, and financially -- helping to deliver the expected return on investment on time and on budget. Owners of solar projects trust Radian to understand and analyze the risks of constructing and owning these projects.

"We enjoyed supporting Dominion on the transaction," said Chad Sachs, CEO of Radian Generation. "It is exciting to help a major utility like Dominion continue its expansion in solar."
