Radiant Announces Voting Results of Annual and Special Meeting

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - Radiant Communications Corp. ("Radiant") (TSX VENTURE:RCN), Canada's leading supplier of broadband solutions for business, is pleased to announce the results of the Annual and Special Meeting of the shareholders of Radiant held on May 31, 2007.

At the meeting, 40.42% of shareholders of Radiant voted either in person or by proxy. Each of Don Calder, Rolf Dekleer, J. Kelly Edmison, Brian Nixon, Sam Ketcham, Wendy Porter, Chris J. Worthy and David Buffett was unanimously elected to the Board of Directors of Radiant, to hold office for the ensuing year. In addition, KPMG LLP was re-appointed as the auditor of Radiant until the end of the next annual general meeting.

The special business of the meeting included certain proposed amendments to Radiant's stock option plan. By a majority vote of disinterested shareholders, the proposed amendments to Radiant's stock option plan to increase the number of common shares reserved for issuance under the plan from 705,243 to 1,643,845 common shares and to amend the amending provisions of the plan were all approved.

Subsequent to the Annual and Special Meeting, the Board of Directors granted 500,000 stock options to senior officers of Radiant with an exercise price of $1.15.
