This sophisticated 18-channel system features two uplinks and IDC's SuperFlex™ Pro Audio solutions for the broadcast of programming and commercial content.

"IDC has been partnering with major radio broadcasters for over 20 years. We were the first to implement DVB/IP in audio networks, as well as a file playback commercial insertion system," stated Frederick Godard, President and CEO. "Broadcasters deploy IDC solutions for network flexibility and reliability, ease of implementation and new revenue generation capabilities."

According to the newly released BIA/Kelsey's quarterly "Investing In Radio® Market Report", projections point to online and digital revenues at traditional radio stations to see a 14.1% compound annual growth rate over the next five years, rising from $405 million in 2010 to $494 million in 2011, and $783 million by 2015. "This presents a significant opportunity for IDC, as our broadcasters look towards digital content delivery to expand their programming and commercial insertion capabilities at both the national and local advertising levels," stated Frederick Godard.
