RadioactiveGiant Acquires Worldwide Distribution Rights to 'Searching For Eddie Running Wolf'

Feature Documentary Follows Elusive Native American Artist Through a Captivating Collision of Life-Changing Events

SANTA MONICA, CA--(Marketwired - September 30, 2015) - RadioactiveGiant, a leading independent production-distribution studio, announced today that it has acquired worldwide distribution rights to the film SEARCHING FOR EDDIE RUNNING WOLF, directed and produced by Thomas Hartmann. “In the golden age of documentary films, this film stands with the best of them, it is hypnotic from start to finish,” stated Albert Sandoval, CEO of RadioactiveGiant. “I am thrilled it has found a home with us.”

Legend told a tale of an artist so talented that he could carve anything out of a piece of wood. Rumors swirled throughout Aspen, Colorado of a man who raised a 125-pound tundra wolf to keep as his pet and companion. His flowing locks of long black hair were believed to have mystical powers over the female persuasion. Filmmakers Thomas Hartmann and Juan Montelongo embark on a road trip in search of the elusive Native American artist and what it is captured on film is at times, almost unbelievable.

The film has participated in several film festivals including American Documentary Film Festival, DokuFest, Illinois International Film Festival and the Burbank International Film Festival.
