Radisson Intersects Gold Grades on the Kewagama Property and Confirms the Extension of Zone 36 E to the Kewagama Shaft

ROUYN-NORANDA, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - June 21, 2005) - Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RDS) is pleased to report that two diamond drill programs were carried out in 2004/05 on the O'Brien Project. The aim of these programs was to verify the extension to the east, and at depth of the 36 E Zone. The zone has been followed to the east for another 475 metres to the Kewagama shaft. At depth, the zone has been intersected at the 1,350 metre level wich is well under the bottom of the known gold resource.

Eleven holes were completed in this program, totaling 9,693 metres with multiple significant intersections returning gold ranging from 3 to 50 grams per ton (0.10 to 1.60 ounces per ton (oz/t)). This demonstrates the extension of the zone to the east and the depth continuity of the veins. (as seen in the table/section below).
The following table highlights the significant drilling results.

In 1998, Roscoe Postle and Associates (RPA) reported that the 36 East zone contained an indicated resource of 197 000 ounces of gold at an uncut grade of 0.278 oz/ton from surface to 2000 foot mine level. In addition, RPA reported an inferred resource of 11 000 ounces of gold at an uncut grade of 0.419 oz/ton to the 2000 foot level.

In view of new drill information and 2005 gold price, Mr. Derek McBride, P. Eng, Ph D., the qualified person for the 2005 exploration program will prepare a re-evaluation of the project in order to assess the economics of going forward with an underground bulk sampling program from the existing O'Brien and Kewagama mine working.

All drill cores in this campaign are NQ in size. Analyses were done on sawn half-cores, with the second half kept for future reference. The samples were analyzed using standard fire assay procedures with AA finish at Expert Laboratory Inc. in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Samples yielding a grade higher than 1 g/t were analyzed a second time by fire assay with gravimetric finish at the same laboratory. They also have been sent to SGS Laboratory in Rouyn-Noranda for verification.

The O'Brien and Kewagama properties are wholly owned by Radisson Mining Resources and located near Cadillac, between the La Ronde Mine and the Lapa Project of Agnico Eagle Mines. The property contains the former O'Brien Mine in Cadillac. Between 1926 and 1956, which produced 587,521 ounces of gold from a production of 1.3 million short tons at an average grade of 0.467 ounces of gold/short ton from 1926 to 1956. The company also owns a gold mill with a capacity of 200 tons per day on the O'Brien Mine site in Cadillac and has interests in 7 additional gold-bearing properties are located in northwestern Quebec.

The 2005 exploration program on Radisson's O'Brien and Kewagama properties was planned and supervised jointly by Dale M. Hendrick, P.Eng., who acts as Director and Technical Consultant to the company's Board of Directors, and Derek McBride, P. Eng, Ph. D., consultant and qualified person.
