Rae-Wallace Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 31, 2013) - Rae-Wallace Mining Company (PINKSHEETS:RAEW) ("Rae-Wallace" or the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 200,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.20 per common share and expiring on October 31, 2015, to certain directors of the Company. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four-month hold period from the original date of grant.
