Raising Money up to $50 Million With Regulation A+ -- "How To" Seminar to Be Held May 25 in Chicago

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - May 5, 2016) - A luncheon meeting on Regulation A+, which was implemented pursuant to the JOBS Act, and its broad impact on the capital-raising landscape, sponsored by Chicago-based law firm SmithAmundsen LLC and investor relations firm Dresner Corporate Services, will be held Wednesday, May 25, at the Union League Club. There were 65 Regulation A+ offerings in 2015.

Regulation A+ is changing how small and mid-size companies raise capital by allowing them to raise up to $50 million by going directly to investors. The session is recommended for C-Suite executives of mid-size and small private and public companies in need of capital to grow, investors seeking new opportunities, community banks, and other companies seeking alternatives to IPOs, private equity and PIPEs.
