Ram Power Announces Release Date for Third Quarter 2014 Results

RENO, NV--(Marketwired - November 10, 2014) - Ram Power, Corp. (TSX: RPG) ("Ram Power"), a renewable energy company focused on the development, production and sale of electricity from geothermal energy, today announced that it will release its financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 after close of trading on November 13, 2014. 

As a result of the continuing strategic process of the Company, there will not be a quarterly earnings call with management for the third quarter. The Company will provide an update with respect to the strategic process at such time as developments require disclosure in accordance with applicable securities laws.
