Ram Power Announces Release Date for Year End 2014 Results

RENO, NV--(Marketwired - March 25, 2015) - Ram Power, Corp. (TSX: RPG) ("Ram Power"), a renewable energy company focused on the development, production and sale of electricity from geothermal energy, today announced that it will release its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2014 after close of trading on March 30, 2015. 

As a result of the continuing strategic process of the Company, there will not be an annual earnings call with management for the year-end results. The Company will provide an update with respect to the strategic process at such time as developments require disclosure in accordance with applicable securities laws.
