Ramoil Management Announces Name Change to Advantis Corp and a New Distribution agreement

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 1, 2015) - ADVANTIS CORPORATION -- (OTC PINK: ADVT), formerly RAMOIL MANAGEMENT, LTD. (OTC PINK: RAMO), announced its officially changed its name to Advantis Corporation and signed its first exclusive distribution agreement with LipMedRX, LLC.

A recent press release from LipMedRx, LLC stated it just launched a new anti-germ, lip balm protectant that studies have shown to be highly effective in killing those germs associated with cold and flu on the lips before they enter the mouth. The Anti-Flu & Cold Lip Balm Protectant is the first ever lip balm that kills germs on the lips before they can enter the body. The product was designed to not only provide protection from germs but also be a moisturizing agent that keeps lips soft and smooth.
