RAMP Continues Speaking Tour at Streaming Media West

RAMP CEO Tom Wilde to Lead Discussions on Hot Industry Topics: Video Content Management and Building an Enhanced Online Viewer Experience

Tom Wilde will moderate a panel on Tuesday, November 18 from 1:45 - 2:30pm "Content Management Strategies for Enterprise Content Platforms." The panel will feature other notable industry influencers and explore how video is rapidly growing as a medium for communication across all areas of the enterprise, such as, marketing, training, collaboration, compliance and how to take advantage of existing investments in content management, knowledge management, and search platforms to make video a first-class content asset. In this session, attendees will learn how business and technical leads from cable television networks have joined forces to leverage video metadata to create unique and deeply immersive viewer experiences. The session further discusses how these broadcasters created an enhanced viewer experience using video transcription, in-video search, and related content and how they drive monetization through the use of pre-roll ads and context-sensitive calls to action to their ecommerce partners.
