ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - May 4, 2016) - Randstad Sourceright, a global talent leader, today announced that Jane Ligrani has been appointed senior vice president of Sales, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), North America. In this role, Ligrani leverages an extensive background building high-performing teams and creating effective human resource outsourcing strategies to help clients identify and leverage the solutions necessary to find and manage talent in a complex, ever-changing environment.

Ligrani assumes the role of senior vice president of Sales, RPO, North America following her tenure as Randstad Sourceright's vice president of Sales. In this capacity, Ligrani was instrumental in leading client adoption of the company's innovative talent solutions; in addition to RPO, she drove sales for Randstad Sourceright's managed services provider (MSP) and payrolling and independent contractor solutions (PICS). Ligrani previously held high-level leadership positions with prominent organizations providing HR solutions and outsourcing services, contributing to profitable growth, building highly effective teams, and mentoring and developing future leaders.
