Randstad Sourceright Partners With the Talent Board to Elevate Candidate Experience

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 23, 2012) - The Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience, today announced that Randstad Sourceright, a global talent leader, has supported the 2012 Candidate Experience Awards (CandEs) as a first-time gold level sponsor. A talent partner to some of the world's largest employers, Randstad Sourceright helps companies achieve impact through all facets of talent acquisition, building employment brand while focusing on providing a high quality candidate experience and matching companies with the talent that will help them succeed.

Rebecca Callahan, president of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) at Randstad Sourceright, commented, "Organizations are growing increasingly aware of the impact that candidate experience has on their employment brand, their ability to attract the top-performing individuals, and essentially their ability to meet defined business objectives and achieve overall company success. Randstad Sourceright has a rich history of helping our global clients improve recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding, providing a streamlined, compliant and cost-effective approach that treats the candidate with the respect they deserve. We're delighted to support the Candidate Experience Awards as they work to make more companies aware of the impact and to honor those who are leading the way with innovative practices."

Founded by the industry's leading authorities on candidate experience, the CandEs are designed to recognize organizations that produce outstanding candidate experiences. The program consists of three survey rounds that capture and evaluate employers' recruitment processes and practices through the entire recruitment cycle and candidate experience. With the first round now closed for North American employers, round two includes surveying a random sampling of the companies' 2012 candidates.

Companies that meet criteria for both rounds one and two will be awarded a "CandE Award Winner" designation stamp. High scoring companies will be advanced to the final round, where they will be interviewed by the CandE judging panel to determine areas of distinction. All organizations that have completed first round submissions will receive a complimentary candidate experience Employer Benchmarking Report. North American "With Distinction" honorees will be celebrated, along with all CandE winners, at the 2012 HR Technology Conference in Chicago this October.

"The Candidate Experience Awards are a vehicle for helping organizational leaders understand the business implications of both positive and negative experiences," said Ed Newman, one of the Talent Board's founding members and vice president of strategy of iMomentous. "As we hold the CandEs for the second year, we truly appreciate the commitment and generosity of our sponsors. Through its work in helping global clients to connect with the right talent, Randstad Sourceright displays a strong commitment to improving the recruiting and talent acquisition processes. We thank the company for its invaluable support as we work to enhance the experience for both employers and job seekers."
