Randy Williams, Founder of Keiretsu Forum, Exonerated of All Lawsuit Claims by Arbitrator

Represented by McManis Faulkner, Williams Also Awarded Attorneys' Fees

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 21, 2013) - Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Peter Kirwan entered judgments affirming the ruling of Judge William Cahill (Ret.) of JAMS in favor of Randy B. Williams, founder and chief executive of Keiretsu Forum, and the other defendants, in City National Bank v. Crow Canyon Corporation. Judge Cahill ruled in Williams' favor on all claims against him.

"We are pleased with the arbitration ruling. Randy Williams had no executive responsibilities for the fund or the investors. Our client may now put the issue behind him and continue his focus on the angel-investor network Keiretsu Forum," said James McManis, head of McManis Faulkner, who together represented Williams together with William Faulkner. In addition, Williams was awarded 100 percent of his attorneys' fees incurred in defending the suit.
