Rapid Growth Prompts Appointment of Digital Marketing Veteran Richard Holman to Managing Director of BlueLithium UK

LONDON--(Marketwire - August 24, 2007) - BlueLithium, the largest independent ad network in the U.K., announced today that it has hired Richard Holman as managing director of the rapidly growing U.K. network. Richard, who will report to BlueLithium Europe managing director Tim Brown, is a digital marketing veteran with a proven track record of building and running companies, managing and developing teams and departments from launch phases to growth maintenance.

The company has experienced phenomenal growth on the strength of its behaviourally targeted ad network and its data analytics capabilities which have the ability to simultaneously create value for both publishers and advertisers.

In the past 15 months, Richard has been serving as a consultant, having initially worked as launch commercial director and latterly assisted with HR development and recruitment. In his new role as managing director, he is tasked with guiding BlueLithium U.K. on its evolutionary path, driving product development and innovation, development of staff and helping define the strategic direction of the company.

Richard has an extensive background in digital sales and management, having previously held managing director positions at Internet media company ADLINK and digital sales company NMMS (New Media Marketing and Sales). "My career has been spent entrenched in the media space, and I have worked in Internet business since its inception in the mid-nineties. I have run network businesses and understand the market," he notes.
