Raven Moon's Annual Shareholder Meeting Is Scheduled for November 18, 2005

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 12, 2005 -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: RVMN) announced today that it has scheduled its annual shareholder meeting for November 18, 2005.

The annual shareholder meeting will be held at the Altamonte Springs Hilton Hotel located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, at 10 AM. Shareholders will be voting for the board of directors, and will have an opportunity to preview the fully animated movie trailer of "Gina D & The Transistor Sisters - In Search For The Golden Record."
