RAYMOR Industries Inc.: Private Financing of
$2,215,350 Closed

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 4, 2005) - RAYMOR Industries Inc.
(TSX VENTURE:RAR) is pleased to announce that the company has closed a
non-brokered private placement for $ 2,215,350 with 39 placees including
four directors for $220,700. The private placement consists of the sale
of 11,659,737 units at $ 0.19 each. Each unit consists of one common
share and one common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase
warrant entitles its holder to acquire one additional common share at
the price of $ 0.25 per share until March 4, 2006. All securities issued
through this private placement are subject to a four-month hold period,
which will expire on July 5, 2005.

The proceeds from this private placement will be used for the production
and development of advanced metal and nanomaterial technologies for high
value-added applications and for working capital purposes.

The RAYMOR Board of Directors specifies that the current private
financing was chosen unanimously among various financing alternatives,
based on accessibility, cost, quickness and for the greatest benefit of
the shareholders in line with the business and development plan of the
company.

RAYMOR INDUSTRIES INC. (TSX-V:RAR) has for mission to be the largest
Canadian developer of high technology and a producer and recycler of
advanced metals and nanomaterials for high value-added applications. In
December 2004, Raymor Industries created an industrial subsidiary
specializing in nanotechnology and advanced materials, which comprises
