Raymor Will Be a Speaker & a Sponsor of the Nanotech Investing Forum in Palm Springs, California, and Prepares its Entry into the US Market

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 19, 2006) - Raymor Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RAR), a leading developer and producer of advanced materials and nanomaterials, announce that the company will be present as both a speaker and a sponsor at the 5th Annual Nanotech Investing Forum, to be held on January 31-February 1, 2006 in Palm Springs, California. Raymor will present to the forum participants its portfolio of advanced material and nanomaterial products and services; and will provide an update on the company's progress in the installation of its very high production capacity of single-walled carbon nanotubes (C-SWNT), of which Raymor will become a world leader. During this conference, many meetings will be held with targeted clients, analysts, and institutional investors in order to prepare Raymor's entry into the US market.

The Nanotech Investing Forum, organized by IBF Conferences Inc., will present cutting-edge developments related to nanotechnology, determine the best nanotech opportunities & strategic initiatives, understand how nanotechnologies will make a dramatic impact on specific commercial applications and hear from and share ideas with the dealmakers in nanotech investing.
