Sander brings 20+ years of sales leadership to RBD. He joins RBD from ACA Talent, where he last served as Vice President of Sales for the high-volume sales recruiting firm. Over the past decade, Sander has consulted with Fortune 50 brands, including Apple, AT&T, Comcast, GE, HP, Home Depot, IBM, Microsoft, and Verizon, on sales optimization strategies. In addition to enterprise clients, Sander has worked with hundreds of up-and-coming companies in assisting them in driving their sales in North America.
Prior to joining ACA, Sander worked with MarketSource for over a decade as an executive leader in both business development and client services. As an executive director of retail, he led the execution of numerous high profile client projects, including the retail store operations for Palm, where he succeeded in launching their flagship store at 30 Rockefeller Center, and subsequently led the operations of their retail store chain nationwide. Sander also directed successful retail teams for key brands including Alltel, Jawbone, Sierra Wireless, Time Warner, and Verizon.
