RCC Holdings, Corp. Purchases International Wastewater Systems

ONTARIO, CA--(Marketwire - August 29, 2007) - RCC Holdings, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: RCCH) announces the purchase of the assets of International Wastewater Systems, which is located in Bozeman, MT. Following the Letter of Intent, the agreement was completed and signed on August 29, 2007.

About International Wastewater Systems:

International Wastewater Systems specializes in community wastewater treatment systems. International Wastewater Systems, Inc. was formed in 1993 in response to the wastewater treatment challenge posed by the enactment of the stricter water quality laws implemented in the 1980s. International Wastewater Systems set as a goal the development of wastewater treatment technologies that would significantly surpass the standards enacted by those laws, thereby not only preserving, but improving water quality.

Each development is unique and with water reclamation a goal for many states, the wastewater treatment system design takes on many issues. Some of the treatment units are combined with filtration and disinfection equipment to provide reclaimed water that meets 1993 drinking water standards for safety and purity. Our current projects use the system effluent in conventional drain fields, storage for fire protection, for irrigation along medians, and discharge directly into a lake or creek for unrestricted irrigation. In each case, the wastewater treatment system that has been installed is continually monitored, operated and maintained by our company.

Although aerobic treatment systems have been used since the early 1900s, the advent of reliable control systems and other technology has significantly changed their operational reliability. IWS now manufactures sequencing batch reactor systems that can handle small to medium size communities. These systems are comprised of fiberglass tanks and are installed underground and have a long life span. The installation is noise and odor free.

Today, International Wastewater Systems operates 12 systems in Idaho and four systems in Montana, with more currently submitted for state approval. IWS' emphasis is on strong planning both physically and operationally, and it provides much up-front information and design support to help the developer -- no matter what his situation. IWS tries to clearly identify the true costs of the system, not only direct costs associated with IWS, but a roadmap for what other vendors and costs might be. Too often the developer receives a wastewater treatment quote, but is not fully aware of engineering, construction, power and other requirements that are necessary to complete the plant. In summary, IWS views its responsibility to educate the developer as much as possible to give the highest level of assurance that the system goes in, on time and within budget.
