Attention: Sports Editor, Travel/Tourism Editor OAKVILLE--(CCNMatthews - March 10, 2005) - The Royal Canadian Golf Association (RCGA) announced today a three-year sponsorship agreement with Penfolds, Australia's most famous wine. The Australian winery will become the official wine of the two professional national championships conducted by the RCGA: the Bell Canadian Open and the BMO Financial Group Canadian Women's Open.

As part of the sponsorship, Penfolds wines will be available at special functions, hospitality areas and licensed concession stands at the Bell Canadian Open and the BMO Financial Group Canadian Women's Open. In addition, wine enthusiasts will find opportunities in their local liquor stores to win VIP event packages to attend the two championship events.
